Where's my order & how long does delivery take?
Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email — check your spam folder if it's hiding. US orders usually arrive in 2–4 business days. If your tracking hasn't updated in a couple of days, send us your order number and we'll chase it for you.
How do I clean and care for the glass cup?
The borosilicate glass cups are top-rack dishwasher safe. For the blender base, just wipe it with a damp cloth — never submerge it. To keep the glass crystal clear, avoid abrasive scrubbers, and a quick rinse right after blending stops anything from drying on. That's really all there is to it.
